She seems very interesting, I got to find out a few things about her. Sailing sounds like a really good idea for this summer coincidentally she's a Sailor as well. What a great person to choose! I think Jessica Watson is an amazing woman! She did some incredible things - the youngest person to sail around the world alone. I'd find that quite challenging.
